Refund Policy
Breadcrumbs Studio accepts returns within 14 days of receipt of purchase. No returns will be accepted past 14 days upon receipt of delivery and without the proper information and process as addressed below.
To initiate a return, please email
kscott@breadcrumbsstudio.com and include the following information:
Your name
The title of the piece
The date of purchase
The purchase price (please include a screenshot or photo of the receipt if applicable)
The reason for requesting a return
If the art arrived damaged, please include a photo of the damage.
ARt and Stationery in the shop
If the product is damaged when received, Breadcrumbs Studio will provide a new product, shipped for free. Depending on the damage, Breadcrumbs Studio may request you return the item in it’s original packaging if possible. If Breadcrumbs Studio requests you to return the item, you will be provided with a paid shipping label for you to return the piece.
If you are unhappy with the piece and it is not damaged, Breadcrumbs Studio will issue a refund if we are notified within 14 days of your receipt of the piece. Breadcrumbs Studio will provide you with a paid shipping label for you to return the piece. Please return it in the original packaging if possible. Your refund will be processed when the return has been received. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Commissioned and personalized art
All commissioned art, including personalized art, is a final sale and are non-refundable.
If the product is damaged when received, please contact us at kscott@breacrumbsstudio.com within 14 days of receipt of the piece.
Digital Downloads
All digital downloads purchased are a final sale and are non-refundable.
If you are having issues accessing your digital download, we can help you get the product. Just email us and let us know the product, provide an image of your receipt and we will send the product to you.
